Already last year, we weren’t afraid to invest in order to grow faster and build more. We expanded our engineering and technical capacity, introduced new technologies, and extended our warehouse facilities. We also entered new markets and took part in five international exhibitions. Alongside dozens of private homes, we delivered several large-scale projects - a kindergarten in Germany, an office building in Switzerland, and a 30-metre-tall wooden observation tower here in Latvia, in Tērvete Nature Park.

We doubled our turnover vs. 2024 which sounds nice on paper but that kind of growth also creates some pressure - more projects, large structures, different types of buildings. So we had to rethink how things move inside the factory. And this year, we’re expanding what we build again - from agricultural buildings to lifestyle cabins.

To keep up with the scale, we invested in another CNC machine - the Hundegger K2-Industry 650. In practice, it means - we will be able to double our post-processing capacity and fully separate our production flows - glulam log structures and timber frame panel production. And another benefit is the ability to process significantly larger timber dimensions - beams up to 300×650 mm and 13 metres in length.

If you’re planning something, this is the kind of upgrade that quietly affects timelines, flexibility, and how smoothly a project runs. Not the most visible change. But probably one of the most important ones.
