Architecture for Togetherness: a Home for Three Generations
This is a story about three families who, much like in the past, will live together. As such, this particular Dores home is not only an architectural project, but also a symbol of shared values, family closeness and long-term thinking.
Living together with space for independence.
Today, more and more often, each generation chooses its own path. Its own home, its own rhythm, its own everyday life. Living together under one roof with multiple generations is often seen as an idea of the past, associated with other cultures or different times. And yet, sometimes families make a conscious decision to choose a different way.

This home was created for three generations. Not as a compromise or a temporary solution, but as a thoughtful decision allowing time to be spent together every day, while also providing each family with its own private living space. It is a choice that requires mutual respect and care, as well as architecture capable of supporting such a way of living.

Settled in nature. Naturally.
Within Dores’ experience, this project is a special one. It tells a story not only about a house as a building, but about home as a place where generations come together, where living space becomes a foundation for stability, and where architecture is shaped with today, tomorrow, and the more distant future in mind.
