This home is based on our Grow 1, yet it already shows how differently each build develops. It reflects the people who will live in it, their habits and the place around it.
Our standard projects give you a starting point that already works. They have been developed through real projects and can be adjusted where it matters. From there, we work with you to shape the result. Some changes are minor, others affect the layout more significantly, but the direction is always the same, to create a home that fits your way of living.

Settling into the pines.
The layout can be adapted to suit daily routines. Rooms can be connected differently or given more defined roles. Windows can be repositioned to improve natural light. The house itself can be placed on the plot to follow the sun, so the spaces feel right throughout the day. Outdoor areas can remain compact or extend along the house, depending on how you plan to use them.
Details play an important role in how the house comes together. Choices around facade, colour, windows, trims, roof overhangs, or carports influence how it sits in its surroundings.

The important parts already decided.
This Grow 1 has been adapted to its owners, their plot, and their expectations for the space. Even during assembly, those decisions are already visible, as the changes this time go beyond small adjustments.
The original project design comes without roof overhangs, with the roof ending flush with the walls. Here, the house has been given extended overhangs to create a sheltered outdoor space that can be used in different weather conditions. Set in a pine forest with a view towards the sea, and shaped around a lifestyle that naturally extends outdoors, this addition becomes an essential part of how the home is used. It creates a place for slow meals, reading, or simply spending time outside, even when the weather is less predictable. Visually, it also gives the house a distinctly different character compared to the original design.
The house has been given extended overhang to create a sheltered terrace.
The outside is already part of the room.
The facade has been opened up further with additional upper-floor windows. This brings in more light and allows the views and the sense of being close to the sea to become part of the living space.
The most significant change, however, is in the layout. Here, the owners chose to use the full height of the space, turning Grow 1 into a two-storey home instead of the usual single-storey layout.
The facade colour blends naturally into the surrounding coastal pine forest.
